After the Premier League restarted on Wednesday this weekend we really see the football kicking on with a whole load of fixtures this weekend. Although most football fans will be salivating at the thought of any top flight football one of the main highlights, for football fans and football betting fans, will be the Everton v Liverpool Merseyside derby.
With the whole season being placed on hold since March it has been a nervous time for Liverpool fans and the club as a whole not knowing if the season would be completed or not. Being so close to winning their first league title for many years it would have been heartbreaking for Liverpool to be so close to winning the Premier League and having the season voided so we are expecting big things from them now there is a clear pathway to completing the season.
The Merseyside derbies are always exciting games with the crowd bringing extra passion and energy to the games so playing behind closed doors may work against Everton who may have been hoping a 12th man could make the difference. It would take a brave person to bet against Liverpool this season and taking away some of the home advantage for Everton we can’t see any other betting scenario than betting on a Liverpool win.

It will come as no surprise that Mo Salah is leading the betting but there are doubts he will be involved due to injury so we’ll skip him on this occasion.
